Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nesto Rental Alerts (the “Service”), operated by Nesto Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Nesto Rental Alerts is an operational alerting tool that connects to Ring doorbells and cameras to detect motion events during configurable time windows. The Service generates alerts for early arrivals, late departures, and cleaning-window exceptions to support short-term rental turnover operations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining any necessary consents from individuals who may be affected by your use of the Service

Account Linking and Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Ring through Ring's official OAuth authorization mechanism. By linking your Ring account, you authorize us to receive motion event data as permitted by Ring's platform. Your use of Ring devices and Ring's services remains subject to Ring's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in a manner that infringes on the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nesto Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will be delivered in real time. The Service is an operational workflow tool and should not be relied upon as a security or safety system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesto Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
